What is really an habit? Truth behind habits.

Oh, those beautiful everyday construction of our life. Did you ever wonder how curious its name is?
They’re called “habits” and and habit is best known as: what we wear.
And that is exactly what it is, but from our spirit or essence. And as you can pick another outfit for your body, you can as well pick different outfits for your innerself, that, afterwards will reflect on your outfit, outside.
At this point you understand what I’m talking about.
But, which habits do you have? Are you able to recognize them? To name them? To be conscious about them?

An habit is something we repeat frequently and automatically
Our life is composed in a 40% by habit. An habit does not require attention or effort.
To change an habit, we seem to need a lot! And yes maybe, sometimes, but a few things you’re gonna require are: motivation (why do you want to improve something in your life)+ desire (is it worthy to start making micro changes in your life?)+ know how (establishing a method, probably even your own) + frequency (you gotta keep going, you know…
“I really want to achieve this but how”?
We talked about willpower. And how as we go through the day our mind and body end up feeling tired, same as it, our -power- to make decisions. Use this to plan your steps, specially at night. Yes, probably you’ll have to change your fridge content.
To embody a new habit, working on your willpower is your new preferred activity. Probably your bar is almost full at this point, or at a 30%… see willpower as a muscle you may want to grow. Important for you to know that while day goes by, at night, same as we start getting tired, our willpower and power to make decisions can be affected. Watch out.
